"SUI" means "Water" in Japanese Our concrete aged, unfiltered Grenache Blanc is chock full of ripe citrus and green apple flavors. Concrete fermentation provides additional minerality and body to this refreshing white wine.

"KA" in Japanese translates to "Fire." Breaking from the traditional blend our 2021 KA is Petit Verdot dominant. It remains full bodied and dark in color with herbal and floral notes on the nose.
