Classic Tasting ($25) includes five single varietal wines, thoughtfully produced to showcase balance and varietal expression.
Element Tasting ($35) invites you to explore our Element Series—featuring four wines inspired by the natural world, including artful blends and rare, small-production releases. Each wine is named after a Japanese element—wind, water, fire, earth, and sky—reflecting our deep connection to nature.

Private Barrel Tasting ($50) Elevate your visit with a Private Barrel Tasting in the cellar—an exclusive, by-reservation experience offered on Fridays. Taste wines straight from the barrel alongside our winemaker or assistant winemaker, and enjoy a rare, behind-the-scenes look at the evolution of our wines in an intimate cellar setting.
